Hey Lovelies,

So you read our birth story and now you’re all curious about what our little man looks like? Of course, I’m willing to show you! Did you expect anything less from the woman that did both announcement photos and maternity photos on the blog already?! It turns out I have a lot of photography friends, as a completely new one agreed to do the newborn photo shoot. Kelly from Kelly Anne Photography is the wife of the best man at our wedding. If you are pregnant or have a newborn and want a professional photoshoot done to commemorate it, but you don’t happen to know any professional photographers, then never fear! There are plenty of great photographers out there who do a beautiful job at these kinds of shoots, Olga Topchii at https://www.olgatopchii.com/ for example. We had a lovely time doing this shoot when he was 6 days old. I think he looks gorgeous and they are going to look spectacular on our wall! Here is a selection for you to enjoy!

He’s sure something, hey? I still can hardly believe that we have a baby. Even after 7 weeks with him it feels very surreal. But there you have it, lovelies! Our little man. The illustrious Baby Bean Sprout cometh! I will treasure these photographs for the rest of my life. He will never be this small again, so I want to remember these moments before he gets taller than me. And this will probably be one of few occasions where he’ll actually want to cuddle with me, so I want to have some evidence. I’m so glad that we were able to find the perfect Family photographer to capture these newborn pictures of us and little man. They are everything we’ve ever dreamed of and I can’t wait to continue our parenthood journey with my beautiful baby son. So, yes, don’t be surprised if I spam you with more photos down the line. If you have been with me from the inception of this blog and through all of the crazy moments it took to get here, thank you! This was the light at the end of the tunnel for me. I know not everyone gets here but I hope that you do. He’s pretty amazing!

XOXXO,

The Chicken

I knew you could do it, and he is beautiful!!
Your birth story sounds like when I had my Kaylee……deep guttural moans..my ass.
Whining, high pitched scream yelling is what I kept hearing in my room. I was shocked when I realized it was from me. and then I didn’t fucking care. lol
    Enjoy!!!

I was just diagnosed with DOR at age 28, three weeks ago. I am so glad I found your blog. It is giving me so much hope, and especially knowing you got your miracle.

Thank you so much for sharing your story.

      Katie!
I am so sorry that you have just been diagnosed with DOR. At such a young age I know how shocking that is. Just horrible, I so hope that they find treatment options that work for you and that you will soon be getting your own miracle.
