As many of you know, October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. I will be turning the blog over for most of the month to some powerful Squawk Box stories on the topic. I will also do my best to re-blog and re-post meaningful pieces from around the blogosphere and interwebs. Last year at this time I was pregnant and unfortunately knew a few incredible ladies who had just gone through miscarriages. Having to see their pain first hand really drove home what this month is all about. This year I am sorry to say it has taken on an even deeper meaning as I have had to witness a few close friends deal with infant loss in this past year. My heart is heavy thinking about all these babies gone too soon and I am so grateful that their parents felt brave enough to pen their stories for Squawk Box. My heart goes out to everyone who has had to endure this kind of pain. I can’t say it any better than last years post, I’m not going to try, please read my other post on the matter and share to spread awareness. I hope the content this month speaks to you and helps you if you are struggling.
You are not alone.
